Comparison of Patient's Satisfaction with Pharmaceutical Care Services in Ownership-Based Pharmacies in Semarang, Indonesia

Implementation of pharmacists services provided in all pharmacies must meet the standard pharmaceutical guidelines, including provision drug information. The study aims to compare patient's perception counseling by pharmacy staff based on type ownership (franchise/non-franchise) Semarang. This research is an observational with a cross-sectional design. Samples were taken 286 respondents quota sampling technique. Data collected using online google form questionnaire tested for validity and reliability. statistical analysis results used Mann-Whitney test p-value <0.05. There no significant difference between information at franchise or non-franchise Semarang 0.264. also found that given healthy eating education about antibiotics common cold. In addition, only 55% sure who gave them was pharmacist. Consequently, we humbly recommend consistently wear their pharmacist identification.
